Recovery Group
A small group supporting each other one day at a time.
A small private group for people supporting each other through recovery — substance, behavioural, or just rebuilding after a hard time. The custodian voice is warm and never minimises. No leaderboards. No public streak shaming. Pause the ritual any time.
Who it's for
- ·A small sponsor-circle that meets once a week and wants daily glue between meetings
- ·Friends supporting each other through quitting drinking
- ·A handful of people rebuilding routine after burnout or loss
Example prompts
- Good morning. How is today shaping up? One thing you are doing for yourself today?
- Mid-week — what's been hard this week, and what helped?
- Sunday: name one small win from the week, however small.
A day in the group
Member check-in
Day 47. Hard morning. Made the bed and went outside. That's today's win.
Asios
Day 47, and the bed got made on a hard morning. That counts.
Questions
- Is this a substitute for therapy or a recovery program?
- No. Asios Standup is a private check-in ritual, not clinical care or a 12-step program. Use it alongside whatever is working for you.
- How private is this?
- Posts are visible only to people the host invites. Free groups keep 14 days of history; paid groups keep all of it. Members can leave at any time.
